Al-Sisi in a meeting with Blinken: The time has come to stop the war

PNN – During the meeting with the US Secretary of State, the President of Egypt Abdel Fattah al-Sisi stressed the need to stop the genocide of the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip and warned against the regional expansion of the conflict and war.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting from the newspaper “Al-Yum Al-Sabe”, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi emphasized during his meeting with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken: The time has come to end the current war, adhere to reason and wisdom, and adopt the language of peace and diplomacy.

Al-Sisi warned against the regional expansion of the scope of conflict and war, saying that it would be difficult to imagine the consequences of such a war.

The President of Egypt also stated: preventing the shedding of human blood should be the main motivation of all parties, and the ceasefire in Gaza should also be the beginning of wider international recognition of the Palestinian state and the implementation of a two-state solution.

During this meeting, the two sides also discussed the relations between America and Egypt, regional developments and the Gaza war.

Al-Sisi and Blinken also discussed the efforts of Egypt, the United States and Qatar as mediators to reach a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of prisoners between the Zionist regime and Hamas.

The US Secretary of State arrived in Tel Aviv on Sunday to meet and talk with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Yitzhak Herzog, and Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant.

Blinken arrived in El Alamein, Egypt, on Monday after meeting with Zionist regime officials this morning.

He is also supposed to go to Doha, the capital of Qatar, after meeting with the Egyptian authorities, and meet and consult with the Emir of this country, Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani.
