PNN – In response to Trump’s plan for a ceasefire in Gaza, the Egyptian president said that peace will be based on justice, not imposed on others.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Jazeera, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, referring to US President Donald Trump’s plan for a ceasefire in Gaza, said that for peace to last, it must be built on the foundations of justice and fairness, not imposed.

Al-Sisi continued that lasting security and stability will only be achieved with a just and comprehensive peace.
The Egyptian President also thanked Donald Trump for the plan he presented for a ceasefire in Gaza, saying: A ceasefire in Gaza and the beginning of a path that will lead to the establishment of a Palestinian state means that we are on the right path towards lasting peace.
Al-Sisi said he emphasized the importance of preserving the peace system that the United States has established since the 1970s as a strategic framework for regional stability, and considered expanding its scope possible only by strengthening its pillars based on justice and guaranteeing the rights of the peoples of the region.
