Alarms have sounded 28,000 times in the past year.
Al Jazeera, examining and analyzing developments related to the occupied territories, reported that the alarm sirens in the occupied territories have sounded 28,000 times since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm.
These alarm sirens have been activated in the northern and southernmost regions of the occupied territories and sound an average of 78 times a day.
The sound of the alarm sirens in the occupied territories and the spread of fear and panic among the occupying Zionists are due to the daily attacks by the resistance forces in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, the Ansar Allah of Yemen, and the Iraqi forces.
Since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, the occupied territories have witnessed an unprecedented increase in the activation of the alarm sirens.
On October 7, 2023, alone, the alarm sirens sounded more than 4,175 times in the cities of Tel Aviv, occupied Jerusalem, Ramla, Herzliya, Dimona, Lod, and south of Jaffa.
So far, the red siren has sounded 23,000 times in the occupied territories, which belong to areas close to the conflict lines, such as the settlements around the Gaza Strip and the Upper Galilee in the north of this region.
The highest number of alarm sirens has also been sounded in the city of Kiryat Shmona in Upper Galilee.
