Algeria: The time has come for practical action to establish a Palestinian state.

According to Al Jazeera Qatar, Al-Ataf stressed at the “Two-State Solution” conference that a global consensus on the two-state solution is a guaranteed way to finally resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

He further called for full membership of Palestine in the United Nations and stressed the need for unity among Palestinian groups within the country.

The “Two-State Solution” conference, led by France and Saudi Arabia and attended by dozens of world leaders to recognize an independent Palestinian state, has now begun in New York.

According to IRNA, it is expected that the leaders of many countries that support this policy in the Middle East will attend the gathering, and some of them (Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, San Marino, Andorra, Malta, and Luxembourg) will even recognize the state of Palestine.

According to Zionist officials, Tel Aviv is considering some retaliatory measures against Paris in response to the holding of this conference, as well as the annexation of part of the West Bank.

The US government has also warned France and other countries about the consequences of any potential action against the Israeli regime.

Amid the escalation of Israeli attacks on Gaza and the escalation of violence by Zionist settlers in the West Bank, there is a growing sense of urgency to implement the two-state solution before it is lost forever.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrow previously said that France’s decision to recognize the state of Palestine in September was expected to encourage other countries to take similar steps, stressing that the two-state solution was “more under threat today than at any time since the Oslo Accords” more than 30 years ago.
