America expresses verbal concern about the bombing of Palestinian refugees’ tents.
A day after the brutal night bombing of the Palestinian refugee settlement in Gaza, the White House issued a statement.
This morning, the US Security Council limited itself to a verbal statement in response to the inhumane bombing of Palestinian refugees’ tents in Gaza by the Zionist regime.
Al-Cahirah Al-Akhbariya, citing the American Axios website, wrote: The spokesperson of the US National Security Council announced in a statement that the published images and videos of Palestinian refugees burning in tents after the Israeli airstrike became “a matter of grave concern”.
The report added: “We have conveyed our concern to Israel and asked them to take responsibility for redoubled efforts to prevent civilian casualties or damage.”
On the other hand, UNRWA, as the UN relief agency in Gaza, reported that the deadly Israeli air attack on the refugee settlement near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital occurred while the refugees were sleeping and the residents of Gaza spent a night full of anxiety and fear.
Also, UNRWA added that the occupiers targeted the school belonging to this organization in the Nusirat camp, where a large number of displaced people had taken shelter, and this school was intended to be used as a place for polio vaccination.
