According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US Department of State, told reporters on Tuesday local time, in response to this question, that Pakistan is consulting with legal institutions to review an exemption regarding the transfer of the gas pipeline with Iran. Will America issue an exemption in this regard?
In response to this question, the spokesperson of the US Foreign Ministry first said: I will not talk about any action prematurely.
At the same time, Miller clarified: “But we always warn everyone that doing business with Iran entails the risk of facing our sanctions, and we advise everyone to carefully consider this issue.”
The spokesperson of the US State Department also said: We do not support the continuation of this pipeline project.
