Citing unnamed officials, the newspaper went on to write that even if Israel eventually wins this war, it will require a long-term war.

The Gaza resistance groups started the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation in defense of the Al-Aqsa Mosque against the actions and attacks of the Zionists, during which the resistance was able to penetrate into the lands of 1948. This operation was a combination of land, air, sea and missile operations, and according to Zionists and observers, it was the most unprecedented anti-Israeli operation in the history of the occupation of Palestinian lands in the past seven decades.

As a result of this operation, according to the official statistics, 1538 Zionist soldiers and civilians were killed in the internal territories of Palestine and hundreds more were captured. In response to this operation, the Israeli regime frantically targeted Gaza from the ground and the sky.

The Ministry of Health of Palestine also announced today that the number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of Al-Aqsa storm operation has increased to 9,770 people, of which 4,800 are children and 2,550 are women.
