America’s colonial plan to divide Gaza into two zones

PNN – In the U.S. colonial plan to divide Gaza into two zones, which The Guardian has revealed, one area would be under the control of the Israeli occupiers and international forces, while the other would remain under Palestinian control without reconstruction.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, under a colonial plan reported by The Guardian, the United States is planning a long-term division of Gaza into a “Green Zone” under the military control of the Israeli regime and international forces, from which reconstruction would begin. The other area, called the “Red Zone,” would be left in ruins.

The Guardian reported that nearly all Palestinians would be displaced to the “Red Zone,” where no reconstruction is planned under this scheme.

According to informed sources and U.S. military planning documents reviewed by The Guardian, foreign forces would initially be deployed alongside Israeli soldiers in eastern Gaza, leaving the devastated Gaza Strip, currently divided by the “Yellow Line,” abandoned.

A U.S. official, who requested anonymity, said: Ideally, you want to complete everything, right? But that is a wish. This will take some time. It will not be easy.

U.S. military plans raise serious questions about Washington’s commitment to turning the ceasefire into a lasting political agreement with Palestinian sovereignty across Gaza, as promised by Donald Trump.

According to The Guardian, plans concerning the future of Gaza are changing rapidly, reflecting a chaotic approach to resolving one of the world’s most complex and intractable conflicts while providing aid, including food and shelter, to 2 million Palestinians.

The creation of an International Stabilization Force (ISF) forms the backbone of Trump’s 20-point plan for Gaza. The United States hopes that a draft UN Security Council resolution authorizing this force will be approved early next week and expects that the detailed commitments of the forces will be announced afterward.

Trump has rejected deploying any U.S. troops on the ground to pave the way for Israel’s withdrawal or to finance reconstruction. A diplomatic source said that the United States has made it completely clear that it wants to set the agenda without bearing the costs.
