PNN – Amnesty International emphasized that the ceasefire must lead to an end to the Zionist genocide and occupation in Gaza, and that reducing attacks or allowing limited aid entry is not enough.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Palestine Information Center, Amnesty International issued a statement emphasizing that a ceasefire in Gaza should be a prelude to ending the illegal occupation of the Zionist regime and genocide against the Palestinian people.
The organization warned that a temporary ceasefire or reduction in the intensity of attacks, along with allowing limited humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, is not enough.
Amnesty International emphasized that the agreement includes the immediate opening of five crossings for humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip.

The organization called on the Israeli regime to allow the free and unlimited transfer of food, medicine, and fuel into Gaza through all crossings.
Amnesty International also emphasized that opening the five crossings is not enough unless the illegal Israeli blockade of Gaza is fully lifted.
The human rights organization ultimately called for the restoration of basic services to Gaza, along with the reopening of crossings to effectively provide aid to affected Gaza residents.
Last night, the Islamic resistance movement Hamas officially announced the achievement of a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza war during the Sharm el-Sheikh talks between resistance groups and the mediating parties and the Zionist enemy, which will lead to the end of the war in Gaza, the withdrawal of the Zionist occupying forces, the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, and the exchange of prisoners.
US President Donald Trump also announced in a speech that the Israeli regime and Hamas have agreed to the first phase of a ceasefire plan in Gaza. He said that all Israeli prisoners will soon be released and that Israel will withdraw its forces to the agreed lines.
