PNN – Amnesty International warned on Wednesday evening that the Gaza Strip is turning from an open prison into a large graveyard.
According to Pakistan News Network, Amnesty International said on Wednesday that the meeting of the “International Court of Justice” regarding Israel’s actions in Gaza is an important step.
The International Court of Justice is scheduled to hold the first hearing on South Africa’s complaint against Israel for the genocide in Gaza on Thursday. A few weeks ago, South Africa filed a petition with this court based in The Hague, demanding to investigate Israel’s accusation of committing genocide in the Gaza war. In this 84-page complaint, South Africa states that Israel has violated the provisions of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
Amnesty International warned in its statement: “The danger of Gaza turning from an open prison into a large graveyard is being realized before our eyes.”
