PNN – Amnesty International reported the abduction of dozens of Syrian women and girls in various provinces of the country.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Ma’alumah, Amnesty International announced that it has received credible reports that 36 Alawite women and girls have been abducted in Syria in recent months.

The report states that the abduction of Syrian women and girls took place in the provinces of Latakia, Tartus, Homs, and Hama.
Amnesty International stressed that this wave of abductions of women and girls has shocked the Alawite community in Syria, who have been subjected to massacres before. Women and girls are afraid to leave their homes or travel alone.
