The report comes after a new study found that the United States has provided at least $19.9 billion in military aid to Israel since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip.
This research conducted by Brown University shows that since the attacks on October 7, 2023, about 4 billion and 860 million additional costs have been spent to increase US military operations in the region. This includes the costs of forming a coalition led by the US Navy to suppress attacks by Yemeni forces on merchant ships.
Israel is the largest recipient of US military aid in history, receiving more than $251 billion since 1959.
