Another $275 million in US aid to Ukraine.
According to the Anadolu Agency, the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) spokesman’s office announced in a statement on Wednesday night that Kyiv will receive additional military assistance worth $275 million to meet its critical security and defense needs.
The statement said: The new US military assistance package includes various types of weapons, including missile systems, artillery ammunition, anti-tank weapons, and equipment to protect against chemical, biological, radioactive, and nuclear attacks.
The Pentagon announced that this package is the 70th military assistance package allocated to Ukraine by the Joe Biden administration since August 2021.
The statement continued to state that the United States will continue to support Ukraine’s needs on the battlefield.
The war between Russia and Ukraine has been ongoing since February 24, 2022.
