PNN – The Arab Parliament announced on Saturday, in a statement on the occasion of March 30 Earth Day in Palestine, that the aim of the military invasion of Gaza is to destroy the identity of the Palestinian nation.
According to Pakistan News Network’s report from the Masravi website, the Arab Parliament announced in its statement on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of Earth Day that the aim of the Zionist regime’s military aggression against the Gaza Strip and its siege is to destroy the identity and existence of the Palestinian nation.
The statement of the Arab Parliament states: While we have entered the 48th anniversary of Earth Day, the Palestinian people have been subjected to genocide and forced displacement in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, and a complete massacre and war crimes have been committed against these people, in which thousands of innocent people, including Children, women and the elderly are victims.

In this statement, the Arab Parliament emphasized that the policies of the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people are contrary to all international resolutions and norms, and that settlement construction in all occupied Palestinian lands, including the city of Quds, is invalid, illegal, and illegitimate.
The Arab Parliament has also asked the international community to assume its political, legal and moral responsibilities towards the aggressions of the occupiers and to take immediate action to stop the aggressions and prevent the displacement of the Palestinian people, as well as the rapid arrival of aid to the Gaza Strip.
At the end of this statement, the Arab Parliament emphasized its decisive position in supporting the efforts and struggles and resistance of the Palestinian people to reclaim their land and realize all the legitimate rights of this nation and declared that the struggle of the Palestinian nation is a clear example of steadfastness and willpower based on rights.
On March 30, 1976, the Zionist regime confiscated thousands of hectares of Palestinian land in the Al-Jalil region, located in the north of occupied Palestine, which was met with Palestinian protests and strikes. And the soldiers of the Zionist regime martyred 6 Palestinians following these protests and injured thousands of people, and as a result, the Palestinian people commemorate the 30th of March every year and hold anti-Zionist demonstrations on this day, and this day is called “Earth Day”.
