Australia did not issue a visa to a Zionist official

PNN – The Australian government has refused to grant visa to former Israeli justice minister Ayelet Shaked to attend the security conference in Canberra and other events organized by the Australia-Israel-Jewish Affairs Council (AIJAC).

According to Pakistan News Network’s report from “Al Jazeera”, Australian media have reported that Shaked was denied a visa according to a part of Australia’s immigration law. This section allows the Australian government to refuse to issue a visa if the applicant negatively affects a part of the Australian community or creates discord in the Australian community.

Shaked, who previously held the position of interior minister, had called for the complete expulsion of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip during his interviews, and by publishing a video message on social networks, he attacked the Australian government for being “anti-Israel” and “anti-Semitic”.

While Australia, as a close ally of the United States, has widely supported the Zionist regime since the events of October 7, it seems that the position of this country has changed in recent weeks.

The United Nations announced that with the onset of the cold season, the humanitarian crisis in Gaza has worsened, and the Israeli regime has agreed to only a third of the planned humanitarian operations in Gaza during the past week.

Al-Barghouthi: The judgment of The Hague Court is a real test for Western countries

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported that only about a third of the 129 planned operations have been approved by Israeli authorities, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Friday local time.

Israel is facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its deadly war against Gaza.

On November 21, 2024, the International Criminal Court, which is headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands, ordered the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Minister of War Yoav Galant of the Israeli regime on charges of war crimes, crimes against humanity and the use of starvation (starving the people of Gaza) as a weapon. This is the first time that the Hague Court orders the arrest of two senior Israeli officials.

The Ministry of Health of Gaza has also announced in its latest information that the number of martyrs in Gaza since the beginning of the war against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023 has reached 44 thousand 56 people and the number of wounded has reached 104 thousand 268 people.

Since October 7, 2023, following the failure of the Al-Aqsa storm operation by the Palestinian resistance groups led by Hamas, the Israeli regime has started a war of destruction against the Gaza Strip. During this period, most of the houses and infrastructures of the Gaza Strip have been severely destroyed in this war, and the miserable siege and severe humanitarian crisis, along with the unprecedented famine and hunger, threaten the lives of the residents of this area.

Israel’s attacks are not limited to the Gaza Strip, and the occupation regime of Jerusalem has expanded its belligerence in the West Bank, Lebanon and other Middle East regions with the full support of the United States and its allies.

Despite all these crimes, the regime occupying Jerusalem has admitted that it has not yet been able to achieve its goals from this war, which is to destroy the Hamas movement and return its prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
