Australia pulls back from cutting off aid to Palestine Relief Agency.
According to the Palestine Information Center, Australia has resumed its financial assistance to the Palestinian Authority.
Reuters quoted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Australia as saying that the country will announce the resumption of its financial aid to the United Nations agency UNRWA after two months of suspension.
About two months ago, the countries of Italy, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom joined in a coordinated conspiracy in the inhumane program of cutting off financial aid to the United Nations Palestinian Agency, in line with the similar action of the United States.
According to the American media, Canada and Australia have announced that they will cut off their financial support after several of the agency’s employees were suspected of being involved in the surprise operation of Hamas on October 7 last year against the occupying forces of Jerusalem in the occupied Palestinian territories. They participated on October 7.
