PNN – American and Zionist sources provided new details about the coordination between the two sides regarding the assassination operation of a senior Hamas official.
According to the report of the International group of Pakistan News Network, the Axios website claims that during the assassination operation of Sheikh Saleh al-Arouri, the deputy head of Hamas in Lebanon, the Israeli regime informed the United States about the implementation of this operation.
This media, close to American and Israeli sources, quoted two White House officials and wrote that Israel was responsible for an attack in southern Lebanon that led to the death of a senior Hamas official.
The two American officials have claimed that Israel did not inform Washington before the attack.
A senior Israeli official also confirmed that Tel Aviv did not inform Joe Biden’s administration in advance of this operation. He said, however, that Israel kept the Biden administration informed “during the course of the operation.”

News sources announced the martyrdom of Saleh al-Arouri as a result of a drone attack by the Zionist regime in the southern suburbs of Beirut. Lebanese sources reported that this drone targeted an office belonging to Hamas, killing 3 and wounding 11 others.
The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) officially confirmed the martyrdom of Saleh al-Arouri, the deputy head of the political bureau of this movement, and two of the al-Qassam commanders during the Zionist drone attack on southern Lebanon.
Al-Aroori had previously said in an interview that he was ready for martyrdom: “All of us in the Hamas movement are candidates for martyrdom, take it from Sheikh Ahmed Yassin to the end… I have survived a long time and I have lived longer than I thought; Peace be upon martyrdom.”
He also said that “every day they try to assassinate Mohammad Zaif (commander-in-chief of al-Qassam) and God willing, he will enter Quds”.
Hossein Jashi, a member of the Lebanese Parliament, emphasized an hour earlier that the Hezbollah movement will definitely respond to this attack and this is certain, but the time is not clear.
According to Jashi, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, has emphasized that any attack on any person in Lebanon, regardless of nationality, will be responded to.
