US officials are trying to reach a diplomatic solution between Lebanon and Tel Aviv, but little progress has been made so far, a news outlet reported, citing informed officials.
“Axios” news site reported on Tuesday morning that the Zionist regime told the United States that as part of the agreement to end tensions with Lebanon, Hezbollah must move 10 kilometers away from the border.
According to the report, US officials are trying to reach a diplomatic solution between Lebanon and Tel Aviv, but so far, little progress has been made.
“Netanyahu and Gallant told Austin that Israel is ready to give diplomacy a chance, provided that progress is made within a few weeks,” Axios reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
