Bashar al-Assad’s cousin forms special force; One million people are ready.
According to Al Jazeera, Rami Makhlouf, Bashar al-Assad’s cousin, announced the formation of an armed group in the Syrian coastal region by publishing a post on social media.
He stressed that his goal in forming this armed group is not to take revenge on anyone, but to support the residents of the coastal cities of Syria.
Makhlouf added that in recent weeks, in cooperation with Brigadier General Suhail al-Hassan, he has assembled many special combat forces.
He said: “We have formed 15 divisions with 150,000 troops, along with the same number of reserve forces. We have also formed popular committees, the number of which reaches one million. We have been massacred in the new system, and we have the right to defend ourselves. If that false Assad had not removed me and the men of truth from power, Syria would not have fallen.”
Makhlouf called on the terrorist regime of al-Jolani to cooperate with him to protect the country and secure the coastal regions of Syria.
