PNN – The Belgium prosecutor’s office decided to refer the case of two Israeli soldiers who were detained and interrogated to the International Criminal Court.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Palestinian Information Center, the Belgium prosecutor’s office announced that it has referred two Israeli army soldiers, who were arrested and interrogated on charges of committing war crimes in Gaza, to the International Criminal Court.

According to a statement from the prosecutor’s office, the Brussels-based law firm “Hind Rajab” filed two official complaints against the soldiers, who had come to the Belgium city of Boom to participate in the “Tomorrow land” music festival on July 18 and 19, demanding their legal prosecution.
After reviewing the complaints, the Belgian prosecutor’s office decided to refer these cases to the International Criminal Court, emphasizing that this action was taken within the framework of Belgium’s international obligations and to ensure the proper process of justice.
