Biden advisers’ off-light trip to Riyadh to advance normalization.

According to I24, top advisers of the Biden administration traveled to Saudi Arabia last week to continue talks on a broad normalization agreement with Tel Aviv that may include a peace treaty between the two sides.

After the recent meeting of US President Joe Biden with Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, the negotiations regarding this agreement received the attention and emphasis of both sides and now it seems that Biden has turned off the lights of his advisers to pursue this agreement. The matter has been sent to Riyadh.

The Biden administration is eager to finalize this important agreement between Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime before the start of the 2024 presidential election campaign.

According to the Axios report, Brett McGurk, the White House’s Middle East adviser, and Amos Hockstein, Biden’s senior adviser on energy and infrastructure affairs, visited Saudi Arabia for a few hours last week. However, the White House has not yet publicly disclosed the purpose of their visit to Riyadh.

According to the report, McGurk and Hochstein met with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) and other senior Saudi officials during their trip and discussed various aspects of the proposed normalization agreement.

A spokesperson for the White House National Security Council also told Axios that McGurk is visiting the region regularly to address a range of issues aimed at reducing broader tensions in the Middle East. Similarly, Hochstein often travels around the world to advocate for Joe Biden’s involvement and support in global infrastructure initiatives, which include the India-Middle East Economic Corridor.

The visit of Biden’s advisers to Saudi Arabia took place after diplomatic sources said that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken would visit Israel and meet with the Palestinian Authority (PA) and now Saudi Arabia as well as Morocco. Blinken itinerary added.

This trip will take place in the third week of October and is part of Washington’s effort to promote normalization between Tel Aviv and Riyadh, within the framework of expanding the Ibrahimi Agreement. An agreement that previously Morocco and some other Arab governments had normalized their relations with the Zionist regime as a result.

Earlier, US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said that the normalization talks would define a basic framework for moving forward.

In recent weeks, Israeli officials have started their trips to Saudi Arabia openly and sometimes officially. The first official visit of Tel Aviv officials to Riyadh was made in September by the Minister of Tourism of Israel, Haim Katz, and the Minister of Communications, Shlomo Korahi, made his first official visit on October 2, 3 days ago, as the head of a technical delegation for the company. held at the international conference in Riyadh.
