The 81-year-old American president stated during a speech in Raleigh, the capital of this state: “Where is Deborah? I took a picture with him just a few moments ago, and maybe that’s why he left here.”

Seconds later, Biden corrected himself, saying, “He can’t be here. This is not true, I made a mistake, he is now in Washington DC.”

According to the “New York Daily Post”, polls in the United States indicate “great concern” in this country about the state of Biden’s mental health.
