Border security; Biden’s new challenge for military-economic aid to Tel Aviv

PNN – The American media warned that in a situation where Republicans’ opposition to the government’s border policies has intensified, Biden’s efforts to provide financial and military aid to Ukraine, Taiwan and the Zionist regime will face a dead end.

According to Pakistan News Network, this week the President of the United States will send a request for emergency financial aid to the Zionist regime, Ukraine and Taiwan to the Congress. However, Senate Republicans have acknowledged that the Biden administration and Democratic lawmakers must first agree to significant immigration reform to have any chance of passing the bill.

According to “Hill” report, Joe Biden’s request for financial and military support to the Zionist regime and two other countries is estimated at more than 100 billion dollars, and of this amount, 10 billion dollars is intended only for the Zionist regime.

According to Senate Republicans who are now involved in negotiations on US border security, the President’s request is far less important than what they want to implement to prevent a massive flood of immigration across the US-Mexico border.

Senator John Cornyn, the senior United States senator from Texas, as one of the prominent figures of the Republicans in the field of immigration policy reforms, said: I am sure that in the case of border security, the necessary financial resources are not allocated by the government, and basically the Biden government does not pay much attention to this issue.

As a member of the Senate Republican leadership team, Cornyn said the Biden administration should include important policy reforms in the national security budget package. According to him, not including these amendments for the approval of the general budget bill will be problematic.

Other Republican senators told top administration officials during a confidential briefing Wednesday afternoon that any emergency defense spending package must include significant reforms to US border security.

South Dakota Senator John Toon said that we have discussed and consulted on what additional plan should be considered next to the package of financial aid to Ukraine, Taiwan and Israel, and we have paid attention to the fact that the Biden administration should address this issue.

A Democratic senator familiar with the process of the aforementioned developments has also confirmed that the Democrats and the Republicans disagree on the financial aid package and the implementation of reforms in it, and of course that each side insists on its own position.

Senate Republicans have warned that the Biden administration’s request to provide emergency funding without changes to the country’s immigration and asylum policies will be rejected.

Another Republican senator has also stated that the Biden administration should make significant changes in its security policies and specifically consider a significant budget to ensure the security of border cities.

In such a situation, according to some Republicans, Biden may be forced to separate the budget related to the provision of aid to the Zionist regime from the other two countries involved in the war, and in such a situation, only approve the provision of financial aid to this regime.

In this regard, some of the Republican assistants of the Senate state that it is better to leave the discussions on the issue of Ukraine and the important border security reforms to another time.

This proposal is presented while, according to some reports, the Zionist regime needs immediate financial assistance and extensive support from the United States to complete the Iron Dome missile defense system.

Some democratic senators of the United Zionist regime, such as “Ben Cardin”, also emphasize the possibility of transferring money to this regime without aid to Ukraine and Taiwan and call this plan a strategic decision.
