PNN – In response to the deadly attack by the Zionist regime against the Al-Momadani hospital in Gaza, which left at least 500 martyrs, the head of the European Union’s foreign policy Josep Burrell stated that the perpetrators of this horrific incident must be held accountable.
According to Pakistan News Network, Josep Burrell published a message on X social network on Tuesday night and wrote: The news coming from Al-Ahli Hospital (Al-Moamdani) in Gaza adds to the horror of the tragedy that has been unfolding in front of our eyes for the past few days.
He stated that “innocent civilians pay the highest price” and added: The responsibility of this crime should be clearly defined and the perpetrators should be held accountable.
A few hours ago, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the bombing of Al-Momadani Hospital in Gaza and the martyrdom of about 500 people. This ministry had previously warned that hospitals in Gaza are practically on the verge of closure and collapse due to power outages and running out of fuel.

Based on this, Mahmoud Abbas, the head of the Palestinian Authority, announced three days of public mourning. The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) called this horrific incident genocide and targeted the occupied territories with massive rocket attacks.
The head of the European Council previously called the killing of Palestinians against international laws, in continuation of the passive reaction of the Western authorities. After the meeting with the heads of European countries, Charles Michel said to the reporters: “We got this information when we were in the meeting. It seems that the reports are being confirmed and (it must be said) that attacking civilian infrastructure does not comply with international law.”
Other Western officials have also been content with passive reactions about its illegality without condemning this horrific incident.
Since the beginning of the Al-Aqsa storm operation, while condemning the resistance forces, the Western governments have declared solidarity with the Zionist regime and closed their eyes to the thousands of dead and wounded in the Gaza Strip.
