China cooperates with Middle East countries in promoting peace in Yemen

Pak Sahafat – The spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry said today about the recent negotiations between Saudi Arabia and Yemen’s Ansarullah: Beijing is cooperating with Middle East countries to play a constructive role in restoring peace and stability in Yemen.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency from the news website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, “Mao Ning”, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, added: Beijing supports Riyadh’s successive efforts to de-escalate and advance the process of resolving the political issue in Yemen.

He added: We hope that the two countries will continue to resolve their differences through dialogue.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia announced on Thursday night that it has invited the negotiating team of the National Salvation Government of Yemen to travel to Riyadh with the aim of holding peace talks.

Before leaving Sana’a and going to Riyadh to talk with the Saudi side, the head of the negotiating team of the National Salvation Government of Yemen, “Mohammed Abdul Salam”, emphasized that the current round of negotiations is within the framework of the negotiations that the national team has with the Saudi side in numerous meetings in Muscat and visited Sana’a several times, the last of which was in Farudin.

“Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud”, the Minister of Defense of Saudi Arabia, said: I emphasized Saudi Arabia’s support for Yemen and my commitment to promote dialogue between all parties to reach a comprehensive political solution under the supervision of the United Nations.
