China responds to Canada’s import restrictions’
According to Reuters, Beijing will take decisive measures to defend its rights and interests if Canada imposes additional taxes on imports of Chinese-made electric vehicles (EVs).
The statement of the Chinese Embassy in Canada states: If Canada insists on politicizing economic and trade issues by imposing unilateral tariffs on Chinese exports, China will take serious measures to defend its legitimate rights and interests.
