PNN – The director of the Institute of International Relations of China University said that the updating of Russia’s nuclear doctrine became an effective and powerful response to Washington’s authorization to attack Russia with American long-range missiles.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Wan Ivy, director of the Institute of International Relations of China University, stated in an interview with TASS news agency that the updating of Russia’s nuclear doctrine was a strong response to the American decision.
He also added that it should be seen how many of these missiles Ukraine has received and what it will do after firing and running out of long-range Atcoms missiles.
The Chinese expert noted that the current US President Joe Biden and his entourage want to escalate the situation in Ukraine, because the US President-elect Donald Trump does not want to help Kiev.
Van Ivy also added that the interests of Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden are highly dependent on Ukraine.
This Chinese expert believes that Biden wants to make the situation in the Ukraine war tense and difficult for him before the Trump administration takes office, but Trump will definitely not accept the use of Atcoms missiles in the war.
He also noted that sending more missiles takes time and that Biden doesn’t have nearly as much time in government.

Josep Borrell, the head of the European Union’s diplomatic service, also added that some European Union countries also allowed Ukraine to use European weapons to attack the depths of Russia.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned yesterday (Tuesday) that Russia’s nuclear doctrine has been updated and makes possible a nuclear response if Western non-nuclear missiles are used against Russia.
He had mentioned before that the decision of the western countries means a new round of tensions.
On February 21, 2022, the President of Russia recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing the West’s indifference to Moscow’s security concerns.
Three days later, on Thursday, February 24, Vladimir Putin launched a military operation that he called “special operations” against Ukraine, and thus the tense relations between Moscow and Kiev turned into a military confrontation.
Reports indicate that Kiev has repeatedly requested long-range missiles from Western countries and the issuance of permission to attack deep into Russian soil during the past months.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called this the condition of his “victory plan” and presented it in the capitals of European countries and Washington.
