PNN – The Israeli regime is allowing the entry of non-essential goods into the Gaza Strip instead of granting permits for trucks carrying vital food supplies and medicine, in what appears to be an attempt to engineer famine in the besieged enclave.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Quds News Network reported that the Israeli regime is deceiving the international community with a humanitarian façade by sending non-essential food items instead of essential goods and medicine into Gaza.
The report added that through this approach, Tel Aviv seeks to deliberately orchestrate hunger and famine in the Gaza Strip while pretending that the truce has opened the way for humanitarian aid deliveries.

Meanwhile, distribution centers are reportedly stocked with sweets, chocolates, and soft drinks instead of essential food supplies.
On Sunday, the Palestinian Government Information Office in Gaza stated that the Israeli regime continues to violate the terms of the ceasefire agreement and maintain its blockade on the enclave.
According to the report, Israel has only allowed 4,453 trucks to enter Gaza out of a total of 15,600 agreed upon since the start of the ceasefire.
This number represents only 28 percent of the total trucks that were supposed to be permitted under the agreement between Hamas and the Israeli regime.
