PNN – An American media outlet, citing sources it said were aware of, announced that Iran and the United States are on the verge of a comprehensive agreement.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, CNN news network reported, citing informed sources, that the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran are approaching a comprehensive agreement that may be signed in the next round of talks.
Without giving details, these sources only claimed: The next round of negotiations between the two sides will most likely be held in the Middle East region.

These developments are taking place while consultations to resolve disputed issues, especially in the nuclear field and sanctions, between Iran and the United States have intensified in recent weeks.
It is worth noting that the fifth round of indirect talks between Iran and the United States was held in Rome on June 2nd, with the mediation of Oman.
In this round of negotiations, the Iranian delegation, headed by Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, along with Deputy Political Affairs Minister Majid Takht Ravanchi, Deputy Legal Affairs Minister Kazem Gharibabadi, and Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei, faced the American delegation headed by Washington’s chief negotiator, Steve Whittaker.
The venue for the negotiations was the residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Oman in Rome, which demonstrates Muscat’s pivotal role in facilitating this process.
