Confession of the Zionist General to the failure of Ben-Gurin’s security doctrine in the Al-Aqsa storm operation

PNN – A retired general of the Zionist army admitted that the security doctrine governing this regime is no longer effective against the Palestinian resistance and demanded its change.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from the Palestinian News Agency (Sama), General “Ishaq Brik” said about the reasons for the defeat of the occupying regime from the Palestinian resistance in the Al-Aqsa storm operation on October 7, 2023: The reason for Israel’s defeat was that in the last two decades, the army commanders downsized the army, thinking that we were at peace with Egypt and Jordan and that there would be no major war.

This Zionist official called the drastic downsizing of the ground forces of the occupying regime as one of the reasons for the weakening of this army and said: The army was reduced while our enemies surrounded us with an arsenal of 250,000 missiles, cannonballs and drones.

Remembering that the Zionist regime continues to move within the framework of the security doctrine of David Ben Gurin, the first prime minister of the Zionist regime in the 1950s, General Brik said: Israel’s security doctrine must change in order to win future wars.

Lapid: We must reach an agreement with Hamas

He declared the authorities of the Zionist regime arrogant, negligent and irresponsible for neglecting security changes in the borders of this regime and defeating the Lebanese and Palestinian resistance in the past two decades.

Ben Gurin’s security doctrine was based on the premise that the Zionist regime cannot win over its enemies due to lack of “strategic depth” and “limited geography”, so it should only try to push them back from its borders. Fighting in the enemy’s land is also one of the other principles of this security doctrine.

The defeat of the Zionist regime in the 33-day war against Hezbollah in Lebanon, and now the defeat of the Palestinian resistance in Gaza in the Al-Aqsa storm operation, have questioned Ben Gurion’s security doctrine.

Despite almost a year of crimes in the Gaza Strip, the Zionist regime has not yet been able to realize the war goals of destroying Hamas and freeing the Zionist prisoners.

In addition to Gaza, the occupying regime is also facing insecurity in its northern borders. Lebanon’s Hezbollah attacks have caused thousands of Zionists living in the north of the occupied territories to flee from these areas.

The Zionist regime is in complete desperation on the eve of the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa storm operation, and the axis of resistance from Yemen to Syria and Iraq has put military pressure on this regime to end its crimes in Gaza.
