Criticism of the former American diplomat: Gaza crimes will not leave “Blinken” until the end of his life

PNN – An American diplomat, who resigned from his position last year due to the comprehensive support of the US to the crimes of the Zionist regime, demanded the accountability of the US government and said: The crimes of Gaza will not leave US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken for the rest of his life.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, “Hila Rarit” said in a conversation with Al Jazeera English TV channel: Israel’s devastating attack on Gaza and Washington’s support for it will not leave Secretary of State Joe Biden for the rest of his life. The Joe Biden administration has violated US law by continuing to arm Israel despite documented abuses in Gaza.

This American diplomat, who resigned from the US State Department in April, said: They have deliberately; I don’t use this word lightly, deliberately violated and evaded the laws of the United States. When I became a diplomat, I took an oath to defend the constitution. But they are bypassing the legal process to continue the flow of weapons and they know how disastrous this action is. To me, this is truly unforgivable and criminal.

Al Jazeera further explained: According to the “Leahy” law, as one of the fundamental legal parts of the United States, the transfer of weapons to human rights violators is prohibited, and even sending security aid to countries that obstruct humanitarian aid supported by Washington is also illegal.

But despite the mentioned security measures, America has continued to supply billions of dollars of weapons to Israel, which has been committing genocide in this area, throughout the days of the war in Gaza.

Al Jazeera noted: Israel has killed more than 46,000 people in Gaza so far, sparking a deadly hunger crisis in the region.

The US State Department has also not acted on the charges against Israeli soldiers under the Leahy Act; an issue that has caused Palestinians and Americans of Palestinian descent to complain about the Biden administration.

Therefore, critics say that Blinken paved the way for Israel to receive American weapons. He was also at the head of the American delegation that vetoed four Security Council resolutions to establish a ceasefire in Gaza.

In another part of this phone conversation, Rarity said, referring to the recent protests against Blinken in the streets of America and even in front of his house: Blinken continues to face protests after leaving his post on Monday. This situation will continue until the end of his life.

In the end, Al-Jazeera reminded that according to the cease-fire agreement in Gaza, Blinken is still trying to introduce Hamas as a “sabotage player”.

But Rarity told Al Jazeera in this context: I tell you very frankly, Blinken is lying.
