PNN – The former foreign minister of Austria said that Western countries have played a bad game in Syria and Ukraine by sending weapons.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network from Tass, Karin Kneisel, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria, pointing out that the terrorists whom the western media describes as moderate rebels are moving towards the south and towards Hama, in her Telegram channel, she warned against sending weapons to some capitals. Western countries criticized these terrorists.
This former Austrian diplomat, quoting his friends in Syria, stated that these terrorists are equipped with military equipment, weapons and drones, and it is clear that they have been trained for this and have international support.
Pointing out that terrorists have advanced in some areas of Syria and it is possible that these cities will be captured by terrorists, he pointed out that Syria has experienced dangerous moments and also many bloody battles.
Kneisel noted that the current situation in Syria is a repeat of July 2014, when the ISIS terrorist group declared its caliphate.
In connection with the war in Ukraine, the former Austrian foreign minister criticized the support of Western countries and the sending of weapons and foreign mercenaries to this region.
Terrorist groups with the support of the Zionist regime have launched massive attacks against the positions of the Syrian army and captured some areas since Wednesday.
This military operation by terrorists against the positions of the Syrian army violated the ceasefire agreement concluded in 2020, because this area is included in the “de-escalation” agreement signed with the guarantee of Turkey in Astana, which includes areas in Idlib, the outskirts of Aleppo and parts of Hama and Latakia will also be.
According to the 2017 agreement between Iran, Russia and Türkiye as guarantors of the Astana peace, four safe zones were established in Syria (reduction of tension).
Three regions came under the control of the Syrian army in 2018, but the fourth region, which includes Idlib province in northwestern Syria, parts of Latakia, Hama and Aleppo provinces, is still in the hands of terrorist groups, and the control of this region is mostly in the hands of the group.
