Cuba also joined South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime

Cuba also joined South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime.

According to Sputnik, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba announced in a statement that the country has decided to join South Africa’s complaint in the International Criminal Court (The Hague) against the war crimes committed by the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip.

In this statement, it is stated that “the government of the Republic of Cuba has decided to participate in the petition of the Republic of South Africa against Israel at the International Court of Justice based on a firm and permanent commitment to support and participate to the maximum extent in legitimate international efforts to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people.”

In January of this year, Chile along with Mexico filed a petition to the International Criminal Court demanding an investigation into the “war crimes” of the occupiers in the Gaza Strip.

At the end of December 2023, South Africa filed a complaint against the Zionist regime to the International Court of Justice for allegedly violating the agreement on the prohibition of the crime of genocide. Then a number of countries, including Türkiye, Colombia and Nicaragua, wanted to join Ibn Daseh.

Since October 7th, the Zionist regime has been bombing the Gaza Strip, as a result of which, in addition to widespread destruction and famine, more than 37,000 Palestinians have been martyred and more than 82,000 have been injured, and about 10,000 Palestinians are still missing.
