PNN – The Syrian Foreign Ministry responded to the brutal Israeli attack on a residential area in the suburbs of Damascus in Syria.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Ikhbariya, the Syrian Foreign Ministry affiliated with the self-proclaimed Golani government issued a statement stating that the attack by the occupying forces against the Beit Jinn region after the failure of their operation was brutal and deliberate and is considered a full-fledged war crime.
The statement said: The occupying forces committed a horrific crime by sacrificing more than 10 civilians, including women and children. They caused widespread displacement of residents of the Beit Jen area due to the continued attacks on residential areas.
The statement continued: The Israeli occupying authorities bear full responsibility for this dangerous aggression and the victims and destruction that have been caused. The continuation of such criminal aggressions threatens the security and stability of the region.

The ministry called on the Security Council, the United Nations, and the Arab League to take immediate action to stop the Zionist occupiers’ repeated aggression against the Syrian people.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry added that the country adheres to its legitimate right to defend Syria and its people by all legal means, and such crimes will further strengthen Syria’s opposition to all forms of occupation and aggression.
An hour ago, Al-Ikhbariya Syria reported that Israeli army helicopters were flying over the Beit Jinn area in the Damascus countryside.
The Syrian media also reported the entry of two tanks and four Israeli military vehicles into the outskirts of the town of Beit Jinn in the Damascus suburbs.
At the same time, the Syrian Arab Army announced that relief forces are still unable to enter the Beit Jinn area to provide aid to the wounded.
The organization stated: The occupiers continue to target any movement at the entrances to this area, and these conditions have made it impossible for aid groups to access this area, which threatens the lives of civilians.
A Syrian Al-Ikhbariya correspondent reported that 13 people were killed and 25 were injured in the Israeli attack on the town of Beit Jinn.
In the early hours of Friday morning, a group of Israeli soldiers entered the city of Beit Jen.
This time, unlike previous times, the Israeli aggression was resisted by the city’s youth, and by surprise, six soldiers were seriously injured, their blood stains visible on the street.
