PNN – Ukrainian sources revealed details of the US President’s plan for a ceasefire in the country.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Russia Today, Ukrainian sources claimed that they have reached a 28-point US peace plan to establish a ceasefire in the country.

According to Ukrainian sources, the American plan includes the following clauses:

“Providing conditional security guarantees to Ukraine;

Ukraine enshrines neutrality and withdrawal from NATO in the constitution and NATO confirms that Ukraine will never become a member;

Limiting the size of the Ukrainian armed forces to 600,000;

Ukraine remains a nuclear-weapon-free country;

Recognition of Russian sovereignty over the Crimean Peninsula and the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics;

Kherson and Zaporozhye provinces are “frozen” on the military conflict line;

Creation of a civilian buffer zone under Russian control;

Both sides commit not to change the borders by force;

Preventing the deployment of NATO forces in Ukraine;

Deployment of NATO fighter jets in Poland;

Initiating security dialogues between the United States, NATO, and Russia and establishing a United States-Russia working group;

Russia legally consolidates its policy of non-aggression towards Ukraine and Europe;

The launch of a major investment project by the United States and Europe to rebuild Ukraine;

Allocating $100 billion of frozen Russian assets for reconstruction, with the United States receiving 50% of the profits;

Europe adds another $100 billion;

The remaining frozen Russian assets will be allocated to joint US-Russian projects;

Creation of the Ukrainian Development Fund, investing in infrastructure, resources and technologies;

Gradual lifting of sanctions against Russia;

Russia’s return to the Group of Eight;

Long-term economic cooperation between Russia and the United States;

Comprehensive prisoner exchange and return of civilians and children;

Humanitarian programs and family reunification;

Educational programs about tolerance;

Launch of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency, dividing electricity equally between Russia and Ukraine;

US assistance to rebuild Ukraine’s gas infrastructure;

Presidential elections to be held in Ukraine 100 days after signing the agreement;

Full amnesty for all participants in the war;

This agreement is legally binding;

Control is exercised by the “Peace Council” led by Donald Trump;

Violation of the agreement will lead to sanctions;

After the document is signed, an immediate ceasefire and withdrawal of forces to agreed positions will take place.
