Disaster for the Gaza oppressor; Netanyahu is not popular in the Likud party.
Netanyahu, who had previously dubbed himself “Mr. Security,” has now become a symbol of failure and disgrace in Tel Aviv, and although many analysts and media in the region and the world focus special attention on the military and security dimensions of the Gaza war, the dimensions of this war are beyond imagination.
The results of the latest surveys conducted in the occupied territories of Palestine have greatly unsettled Benjamin Netanyahu and his extremist cabinet members such as “Yoav Galant,” the Minister of War, “Betzalel Smotrich,” and “Itamar Ben-Gvir.”
While the Prime Minister of the occupying regime of Israel speaks from his positions about continuous bombardment and alleged advancements in the Gaza Strip, this narrative has also been rejected by the residents of the occupied territories and has even spread to Netanyahu’s affiliated party (Likud).
This has led Netanyahu to once again feel the shadow of an internal party coup looming over him. The declining trend of Netanyahu’s position in the surveys is such that if early elections were held today, even his party members would not have the desire to continue his leadership, which would mean political demise for the Gaza oppressor.
In a survey conducted by the “Democracy for Israel” institute in mid-December, 69% of the residents of the occupied territories demanded elections after the end of the Gaza war to remove Netanyahu and his cabinet from power.
Another survey by Bar-Ilan University shows that only 24% of Zionists consider Netanyahu the most credible source of news related to the Gaza war, indicating a lack of trust by more than three-quarters of the citizens of the regime of Israel in their prime minister and his cabinet, which had promised to bring security to the occupied territories and destroy the resistance groups!
Currently, Netanyahu’s political ranking is severely declining, and according to surveys, he has been abandoned by many sections of his so-called nationalist base.
Netanyahu, who was previously dubbed “Mr. Security,” has now become a symbol of failure and disgrace in Tel Aviv. While many analysts and media in the region and the world focus on the tactical and security dimensions of the Gaza war, the broader dimensions of this war go beyond imagination.
