Disclosure of sensitive border negotiations between Tel Aviv and Cairo.

An informed Egyptian source announced the border negotiations between the Zionist regime and Egypt and the revival of an old project related to securing the border strip and revealed that in this regard, three delegations from Shabak have traveled to Cairo in the last two weeks.

An informed Egyptian source informed about the security negotiations between the responsible authorities in Egypt and the Zionist cabinet regarding the situation in the Gaza Strip and announced that the negotiations have been ongoing in the joint military and security committee between the two sides since about two weeks ago. These talks are related to the security of the common border area and programs by the Camp David agreement.

The Qatari newspaper “Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed” published this news and wrote: In these negotiations, the requests of the occupying government officials to revive an old project related to securing the border strip between the North Sinai Province and the Gaza Strip, in addition to the border area between Egypt and the occupied Palestinian territories It is checked.

According to this report, since two weeks ago, Israeli security officials have been negotiating with the Egyptian authorities in this regard, parallel to the negotiations regarding Cairo’s mediation between Tel Aviv and the Palestinian resistance groups in the Gaza Strip.

These negotiations are at the suggestion of Israel to revive a project that was proposed at the end of the regime of the deposed and deceased President Muhammad Hosni Mubarak, regarding advanced security arrangements and measures along the border strip. These arrangements include “expanding the construction of watch towers, installing advanced surveillance cameras, and lighting the entire border strip.” The proposal also includes the installation of underground sensors along the border strip with the Gaza Strip to counter the tunnels that are created for smuggling between Egypt’s Rafah and Palestine.

This informed Egyptian source stated: Consultations about this project between the officials of the security services of both sides had made great progress until it was completely stopped due to Egypt’s refusal to issue a warning statement to the Israeli side about any violation in this area. Because Egypt insists that this is a sovereign issue and it only concerns itself, and the Israeli side has no right to directly interfere in it.

According to this report, the Zionist regime had proposed that underground sensors and some other modern technologies in the border fence and on the ground should send automatic notifications to the responsible organizations in Egypt and Israel, which Cairo rejected. In addition, this system allowed Tel Aviv to target with its planes the areas from which the warning was issued, the areas that might be inside Egyptian territory.
