Disclosure of the document of the head of “Shabak”; 21 thousand Palestinians are imprisoned in the prisons of the Zionist regime

PNN – A Zionist newspaper published a warning document sent by Shabak (Intelligence and Internal Security Organization) head of the occupying regime to the Zionist authorities, and announced the number of Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of this regime to be 21,000.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting Palestinian news agency Sama News, “Yediot Aharnot” newspaper wrote about this: According to this document, 21,000 Palestinians are detained in Israeli prisons. Meanwhile, Israeli prisons only have capacity for 14,500 prisoners, which is a strategic and real crisis.

This newspaper considered the result of this situation to be the cancellation of the arrest of people who, according to it, are a “dangerous and direct threat” to the Israeli regime.

According to this Hebrew newspaper, arresting Palestinians beyond the capacity of the Israeli regime’s prisons means setting off a time bomb inside the prisons and jeopardizing the position of the Zionist authorities outside the occupied territories and in international courts.

Yediot Aharnot added: The head of Shabak has strongly criticized the policy of the Ministry of Internal Security under the management of Ben Gower and the management of Israeli prisons.

In this warning document, which was sent to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Itamar Ben Gower, Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime, it is stated: The current crisis has negative strategic consequences for Israel. First of all, in the field of international legitimacy of the continuation of the war, there is a fear that the security trade with the Western countries, as the most important friends of Israel, will stop and these countries will continue these exchanges subject to providing reasons that do not violate international laws in this field.

This document has emphasized: Israel’s international partners have made claims about the conditions of detention of prisoners and the way they are treated. It seems that the conditions of detention and the type of behavior such as beatings, insults, insults, threats, the lack of an adequate monitoring mechanism on Israel’s behavior and performance in preventing the Red Cross from visiting detention centers and prisons are important elements in this context.

Ronin Bar, head of Shabak, has emphasized that the issue of the conditions of detention of prisoners is clearly formulated in international laws, and the background of this issue is the request of the prosecutor of the International Court of Justice to arrest Netanyahu and Yoav Galant, the war minister of this regime. This exposes Israelis (Zionists) to prosecution in the International Criminal Court.

Yediot Aharnot also emphasized: Israel is facing difficulty in invalidating the claims made about the violation of Palestinian rights. In the context of some of them, it can provide justifications, but regarding other claims, Israel’s behavior may be considered an international crime, inhumane treatment, violation of international conventions and agreements such as the Convention against Torture.
