The move comes amid growing concerns about Moscow’s increased cooperation with three of its partners – Iran, China and North Korea – amid Russia’s special military operations in Ukraine, including through increased transfers of weapons and ammunition, provision of military technologies, launching disinformation campaigns and coordinating joint operations.

The bill also calls on the US government to establish interagency task forces to ensure a coordinated, long-term response to adversaries, according to a draft version seen by the Kyiv Post.

The bill’s sponsors claim: Our enemies are becoming friends, and despite this threat, the United States has no strategic response to our enemies.
