Egypt: America should clarify the consequences of the attack on Rafah for Israel.
According to Reuters, the Egyptian Foreign Minister asked the United States to clearly explain the consequences of the attack on Rafah to the Zionist regime.
Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said on Monday, after Washington’s opposition to the attack on Rafah, that the United States should make it clear to the Zionist regime what the consequences of a military attack on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza would be.
In a joint press conference with Philip Lazzarini, head of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA), Egypt’s Foreign Minister said: “Rhetoric about this is not enough, declaring opposition is not enough, it is important to show that if this position is bypassed and that position is not respected, what are the consequences.
Shukri emphasized that America and the international community should clarify what consequences await the Zionist regime if their demands are not heeded.
