PNN – The foreign ministers of Egypt and Saudi Arabia opposed any military action by the Zionist regime to the city of Rafah, located in the south of the Gaza Strip.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt announced the meeting of Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry with his Saudi counterpart on the sidelines of the Group of 20 summit in Brazil regarding the developments in Gaza.
In this meeting, the Egyptian Foreign Minister emphasized the legal and humanitarian responsibility of the international parties for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
Egypt’s foreign minister also condemned the repeated inability of the Security Council to issue a resolution to establish a ceasefire in Gaza following the US veto.
