PNN – Egypt’s foreign minister and the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency held consultations on Iran’s nuclear activities.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Sputnik, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty, during a phone call with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, emphasized Cairo’s position on the need to continue coordination and cooperation with the Agency.

The Board of Governors issued a resolution against Iran’s nuclear program.
He added that ongoing efforts aimed at confidence-building and paving the way for continued cooperation between Iran and the Agency must be sustained.
Abdelatty said this process would open the path toward comprehensive political solutions, the resumption of dialogue, and reaching an agreement based on the interests of all parties, while contributing to regional security and stability.
The IAEA director general had previously stated that negotiations with all parties to resolve Iran’s nuclear issue are continuing.
