Egypt: The value of Palestinian blood is not less than that of other people in the world.
In a joint press conference with his Jordanian and American counterparts, the Egyptian Foreign Minister said that the blood of the Palestinians is not less valuable than that of their counterparts in the world and that they demand an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh al-Shakri said on Saturday evening that the deplorable killings we are witnessing in Gaza are unjustifiable.
Speaking at a joint press conference with the foreign ministers of the United States and Jordan, he added: “We emphasize the necessity of agreeing on an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza without any preconditions.”
The Egyptian Foreign Minister said: “We want to try to restore the peace process between the Israelis and the Palestinians as soon as possible.”
Al-Shakri added: “Israel must stop obstructing the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.”
He continued: “The value of Palestinians’ blood is not less than that of their counterparts in the world, and we demand an immediate ceasefire.”
