The report states that a mechanism will be established to implement the agreement, supervised by Arab countries and Turkey. The plan emphasizes the need for coordination between Iran and Saudi Arabia to keep Lebanon away from regional conflicts, while Iranian officials have repeatedly emphasized non-interference in Lebanon’s internal affairs.
It should be noted that the Israeli regime has violated this agreement more than five thousand times since the official implementation of the ceasefire in Lebanon, and has adhered to all its commitments to Hezbollah in Lebanon.
The report states that according to the Egyptian plan, Hezbollah can keep its weapons but cannot upgrade or use them!
