Elon Musk: With an atomic bomb, I will target those who accuse me of having connections with Russia

PNN – American billionaire Elon Musk wrote in his personal account on X Media in response to the accusations against him that he had connections with Russia: I want to target those who accuse me of connections with Russia with an atomic bomb.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from “Bloomberg”, he wrote in X, which is also the owner of this company: I will find these people and I will hit them with an atom bomb.

Two top Democratic senators have called for a federal investigation into Elon Musk’s reported contacts with Russian President Vladimir Putin and his top aides.

The senators have asked the Pentagon and Justice Department to determine whether the talks, which the Kremlin has denied, should lead to a review of the federal government’s contracts with Musk’s company, SpaceX.

The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Musk, as the world’s richest man, has had “multiple, high-level conversations” with Putin since 2022, while also reaching out to other top Russian officials.

In another message on X, Musk called two Democrats, including Sen. Jack Reid of Rhode Island, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, and Sen. Jane Shaheen of New Hampshire, the top Democrat on the Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committees, as “puppets.”

Donald Trump’s ally currently benefits from billions of dollars in US defense and intelligence contracts and also claims to have a top-secret security clearance.

Unlike others with high-level security clearances, Musk does not report his contacts with foreign government officials, the senators note.

Musk, who backed Trump for re-election in 2024 with campaign appearances and millions of dollars in donations, was tapped by the president-elect earlier this week to lead the new “Department of Government Efficiency.”

Musk joined phone calls with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan last week.

Newsweek added: The details of this new department in the next American government, which is called the Department of Government Efficiency, are almost unknown. However, Trump emphasized in his statement that the department will not be a federal agency, but will work with the White House and the Office of Management and Budget to implement large-scale structural reforms and provide an entrepreneurial approach to government.

This is despite the fact that Trump had previously promised in his election campaign to grant a position in his administration to Elon Musk, who has invested millions of dollars to support the Republican campaign.
