English publication: Zelensky denies defeat against Russia.
The English publication wrote that the President of Ukraine denied the defeat of his country’s army on the battlefield with Russia and insisted on continuing the war.

British “Time” newspaper wrote in an article written by its analyst, “Simon Schuster”, that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denied the obvious failures of his country’s army in the war with Russia and continued to insist on continuing the war and opposing Peace has not retreated.

In this article, Time magazine stated that, despite the recent defeats suffered by the Ukrainian army, “Zelensky’s beliefs have not changed, and despite the defeats of the Ukrainian army in the field, he has no intention of stopping the war or pursuing any kind of peace.”

“He is deluding himself,” wrote a Time analyst, one of Zelenskiy’s closest aides. We are out of options. We will not win. But try to make him understand this.”

“Zelensky’s stubbornness has hurt his team’s efforts to craft a new strategy and a new message,” the article continued.

According to the “Tass” news agency, the Ukrainian army has launched an unsuccessful counter-attack since June 4, 2023, with the aim of capturing positions under the control of the Russian army. “Vladimir Putin”, the president of Russia, said on October 5 (October 13), that Ukraine has lost more than 90,000 soldiers and more than 550 tanks in the last four months. In another speech on October 15, the Russian president stated that the alleged counter-offensive by the Ukrainian army had been completely defeated, but that Kyiv was still looking to prepare new offensive operations in some parts of the front line.

Time newspaper also revealed, quoting anonymous officials close to Zelensky, that the president of Ukraine plans to fire the senior commander in charge of the army’s counterattack and a high-ranking minister of his government and to implement changes in the strategy of his army’s operations from the beginning of winter.

Zelensky’s aides “have warned me to expect major changes in military strategy and a major shake-up in the president’s staff before winter sets in,” Time writer Shuster wrote.

“They told me at least one minister and one top general in charge of counterinsurgency should be fired to account for Ukraine’s slow progress on the front lines,” Shuster continued.

This British Time analyst stated that one of the Ukrainian sources cited by him openly admitted: “We have no advance,” but Zelensky still insists on continuing military operations in the winter season and refuses to accept the possibility of stopping the war.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Monday that Kyiv lost more than 90,000 soldiers during its counteroffensive, along with about 600 tanks and 1,900 armored vehicles. He also emphasized that Ukraine has not been able to achieve any significant tactical success.
