Erdogan: America and England want to turn the Red Sea into a sea of blood.
The Turkish president said that Israel turned Gaza into a lake of blood, and now America and Israel want to turn the Red Sea into a sea of blood.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today (January 22) on the sidelines of Friday prayers in Istanbul, pointed out the early morning attack of the United States and England on Yemen and called it “disproportionate”.
The Turkish president added: “Israel has turned Gaza into a lake of blood, the American and British attacks on Yemen were disproportionate, and they are trying to turn the Red Sea into a sea of blood.”
Erdogan also said: “What happened was a disproportionate and unbalanced use of power, the same as what Israel is doing in Gaza. We have to see how Iran will defend itself, it is the oppressors who will be harmed and defeated, and the oppressed will never be harmed.”
This morning, in response to the operations of the Yemeni army in the Red Sea against Israeli ships and American forces, the United States and the United Kingdom targeted more than 12 places in Yemen with planes, ships, and submarines. According to American officials, training sites, airbases, and drone maintenance facilities belonging to Yemeni Ansarullah were the targets of this attack.
The Turkish president also referred to the court today in The Hague regarding South Africa’s petition against Israel and said that he believes in the realization of justice at the International Court of Justice and that Israel will be sentenced soon.
He said that Turkey has given Israel’s condemnation documents to the court and Israel will be tried with the collected cases.
