PNN – In his speech, the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan described the Zionist regime as the “illegitimate child of the West” and called for increased pressure on this regime to implement the resolution to establish an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network from Anatolia news agency, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stating in a speech in Batman province about the new resolution of the United Nations Security Council to establish a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and said: As Turkey, we welcome this resolution and will fulfill our responsibility to implement the requirements of this resolution.
Criticizing the Zionist regime, he added that the pressure should be increased on Israel, the well-bred and lawless child of the West, to comply with the Security Council resolution.
Referring to Turkey’s efforts to establish a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, ErdoÄŸan stated: We will spare no efforts for the people of Gaza to achieve immediate peace and stability.

The immediate ceasefire resolution in Gaza was finally approved by the UN Security Council on Monday evening after several months of war in Gaza.
14 out of 15 members of the United Nations Security Council voted positively and supported the resolution presented by the non-permanent members of this council to establish an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The United States of America, as a permanent member of this council, abstained and thus the resolution establishing a ceasefire in Gaza was approved.
The approved resolution emphasizes the necessity of establishing an immediate ceasefire during the holy month of Ramadan, respecting it by the parties, and leading this ceasefire to a sustainable ceasefire.
The Security Council resolution also calls for the immediate and unconditional release of all prisoners and guaranteeing access to humanitarian aid.
This resolution also calls on both sides to fulfill their obligations towards prisoners based on international law.
