Turkey has been violating the territorial integrity of Iraq and Syria for a long time under the pretext of confronting the elements of the armed group known as the Turkish Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), which is on the terrorist list of Turkey, the United States, and the European Union.
The Syrian government has repeatedly said that the withdrawal of Turkish forces from northern Syria is a prelude to the process of normalizing relations with Ankara, and in the shadow of the continuation of this occupation, we cannot talk about normalization.
