European official: A number of European countries are thinking of reopening their embassies in Syria

PNN – Some EU member states are now considering reopening their embassies in the Syrian capital, Damascus, a senior EU official said on Friday.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from Sky News, this European official, whose name has not been revealed, added: There are solutions for all Syrian political problems within the framework of territorial integrity and independence and sovereignty of this country.

State Department spokesman Matthew Miller responded to a reporter’s question on Tuesday about the plan to reopen the embassy that was closed in 2012, stating that Washington has no “immediate” plans to reopen its embassy in Syria.
